INVITATION FOR BIDS
Christian County Mental Health Association will be accepting bids to remove and replace the shingle roof, for a facility located at 40 Heights Ave., Taylorville, Illinois.
Bid packages may be picked up at 707 McAdam Drive, Taylorville, IL, Monday-Friday, 7am - 3pm. Packages will include scope of work and types of insurance coverage required to bid and perform the work. Inspection of the property can be arranged by scheduling an appointment with staff.
Bids are due no later than noon on 3/19/10 at CCMHA and will be opened at 1 p.m. CCMHA has the right to accept or reject any and all bids for any reason.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Board of Education of Pana Community Unit District #8 will receive sealed bids for a proposed network upgrade to the Local Area Network (LAN) and the installation of a Voice Over IP (VOIP) telephone system for its six (6) school buildings and one (1) unit office.
Bids will be received until 11:00 a.m., Central Standard Time on Monday, April 12, 2010 in the Pana C.U.S.D. #8 Unit Office located at 14 E. Main, Pana, Illinois. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read immediately after the specified closing time. The Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project can be obtained at the Pana C.U.S.D. #8 Unit Office. (217)562-1500.
The Board of Education reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject all bids or parts of bids.
All bidders must meet the requirements specified in the RFP including complying with all state and federal laws, municipal ordinances, and the rules and regulations of all authorities having jurisdiction over the work to be performed for this project. These include but are not limited to: Equal Employment Opportunity Regulations, Environmental Protection Agency Regulations, and the Prevailing Wage Act.
